Because our building is relatively not big and to no extent can be compared to standard hotel, the stay in our apartments is nice and pleasant. Our apartments are bright, cosy and comfortable and the guests, in their opinions, appreciate clean rooms, privacy and high quality of service.
 

Moreover the towels, linen, electricity, hot and cold water, heating are included in the price of the apartment.

In every apartment we can accommodate from 1 up to 3 people (the families up to 4) and the price depends on number of people staying in the apartment.
 

Breakfast
Is included in the price of the apartment. For your convenience we serve it to the apartment. On your request we are ready to prepare breakfast according to vegetarian restrictions.

The prices presented above are for one night in the apartment for the certain number of people.
Tax and breakfast are included in price.
For the stays for 5 nights or longer we offer you 10% discount when paid in cash.
Children
Because children are most welcome in our apartments we have a special offer for them:
-  up to 3 years free (no bed)
-  from 3 up to 6 years: 50% of the adult price
-  over 6 years: full adult price
